TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN STRONG, HEALTHY, GORGEOUS NAILS


FOR LONG NAILS
Strong, healthy nails start with good care. How you file your nails is one of the most important factors leading to nail growth and speed. Here are a couple of tips to ensure stronger and longer nails:
  • Shape your nails in a square. This gives it more support and reduces chipping/breaking.
  • Never file nails back and forth. This causes the nail to weaken leading to chipping and peeling. The only time you can file your nails back and forth is if you are using a crystal nail file. A crystal nail file is won’t damage your nails and takes years to wear down.

FOR STRONGER, HARDER NAILS
Soft nails are easy to crack, chip and break. The solution: a nail hardener. A nail hardener can come in the form of a nail polish. Use it for at least 3 months to see maximum results.
